Yes, but it is not certain if he will play a role in his actual physical swaroop, like in Dvaparyug he didn't show up in physical form but as a flag on Arjun's Rath. But yes, Parshuram ji is definitely gonna be there for Kalki ji. Hanuman ji stayed on Earth because he promised Ram ji that as long as there is even one person saying Ram katha he will be present on Earth to listen to it.

Hanuman Chalisa is powerful and can be recited as and when possible for removing negative energy within and around! But be careful about other mantras, very few have such flexibility to chant without any niyam! I mean it gives different results in different ways you recite!
