I get you Sabina, before and during Menstruation cycle we girls feel different negative emotions due to hormones which men can never understand. But… if we contently remind ourselves that this is entirely due to hormones and we are balanced then these same things which envoy or irritate or depresses us is no more. Start Practicing "The Yoga (Realization of Unity the state of being one)" through method of your choice from Bhakti Yoga, Gyan Yoga, Ashtang Yoga etc. So far, may be you practicing just 'Bhakti' only not the 'Bhakti Yoga'. For more clarification, read Devi Bhagvat Puran > Section 7 > Chapter 37 ... thus start practicing actual Bhakti Yoga after profound understanding... it will be long leap in the journey....

Non duality (advait) is not sanatan dharm. Sanatan Vedic Dharm is real Hinduism. Ved is Ishwar(Om 🕉) given knowledge to humans. God is different from us. In real sanatan dharm, there is three parts, one is infinite nature/material substance, second is we,the infinite jeev-atma(infinite beings/souls), and third is Ishwar/Om 🕉, the infinite one Being, residing in both living and non living things. These three things never die, though nature/material is not living being, it's only material. Now , there is only one group of community, name - Arya- Samaj(it means community) is spreading our real Hinduism. God never take avatar. Om 🕉
