The reason why the west is advanced materially is because, they are more interested in survival of their body, while the Indian civilization is more interested in transcendence, liberation from the body. All our vedic knowledge leads to that. Danny, South Africa.

indian civilization has always strived to look beyond the veil of maya that is worldy illusion of materialism . Unfortunately in this current capitalist model , we are neither in equilibrium with nature nor our own minds and soul. Look at the east asian countries which formerly followed the dharmic path but later picked up westernism . It might have made them wealthy materially , but spritiually broken. As the modern physics has suggested , this 3D world is just one of the many dimesnions our universe has .

Wrong West get industrial boom & scientific advancement where invasion less likely that's Western Europe Second due plaques population of Europe highly reduce & due to lack of man power their need for machine to fill gap of lost manpower Another important expect that is increased urbanization & gradual decline of fedual system India or Chinese in east fall become lack of urgency for investing in machine reduce urbanization 17-20th century compared to population size which made their society more fedual India's north & Deccan plateau under Muslim rule which doesn't invest in University which deal which logical reasoning & advance science & old learning centre destroyed during invasion so their no new professor for scientific research, only religious gurus remain which using old Vedic math & no further advancement India all scientific advancement happens during high urbanization period wether it's first urbanization (indus valley) then second urbanization ( Vedic Mahajan padha) later Empire investment in University like taxilia ( destroyed by Huns), Vikramshila, Nalanda which have funds for permanent residence for teachers & students

Just 2hrs before I have been srirangam temple in tamil nadu what a architecture I just blow my mind . the temple is minimum 2500 to 3000 years old archeologically and traditionally 30 lakh years old.

This temple is 2100 year old according to archealogy and by traditionally it was mentioned by Gautama Maharishi during (approx) 600 - 400 bce which goes to around 2600 -2800 years old.

Zuzana : ) For thousands of years, we Indians have been told that we Hindus are illiterate people and their entire history is mythological, then we were in slavery, we were looted by saying that you are inferior but still we stuck to our religion. Because we knew that truth can be suppressed but cannot be erased. I hope that along with you, others will also understand that the history of India is not a mythology.

I think the commentator in your video is limited in his knowledge. In, 476 AD, Aryabhatta, had calculated π to five decimal places. In fact, I am shocked that this fellow does not even know that it was the, Indians, who invented π and were expert in, Geometry, and the earliest recorded use is in, 800-500 BCE, approx. The unwritten evidence goes much further back.
