Is the 2023 Ford Escape 2.0 Turbo ST-Line a better SUV to buy than a Mazda CX-5?

The Escape is Ford's smallest SUV. For 2023 there is few changes that have taken place. On the outside you will discover a new front fascia grill, headlights, bumpers and wheels. On the inside there are upgraded seats and a new infotainment system. Under the hood is a 2.0L turbocharged inline-4 that produces 250HP & mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Is the 2023 Ford Escape 2.0 Turbo ST-Line a better SUV to buy than a Mazda CX-5?
