The plot of the song is as follows: the spirit drawned Veronika (her father in law had her killed in 1420 after she was not connovicted as a witch) is coming out of the water (from the land of deads) and the spirit is liberating itself from everything that happened. Along on her journey the creatures/childern from the land of dead are accompaning her. As the spirit is more and more liberated from the opression and violence, the staging is brighter and in the end of the song the creatures lift her up so she is above the water and free in the sky as it should be. Hope that helps. Vote for her on Saturday.

The tempo is around 120 in 4/4 time (I think), she held those high notes for at last 15 bars if I calculated correctly. And she took around 10 breaths. As an average amateur choir soprano singer, I can tell you that she is a top class amazing singer. Those high notes are no joke. I was singing in Carmina Burana. Ave Formosisima was very difficult for soprano, I think it's near Ravens Veronika. I really don't know how she did it, dancing+singing this part. This is physically challenging.

She is a mezzosoprano opera singer with finished academy and 24 years of active singing; started at 4 years old. Most people wouldn't link a slim blondie in transparent leotard, crawling across the stage in dark atmosphere, with opera. 😊

Raiven is one od a kind. I've been on many od her concerts, acts etcetera. But what she did on that stage... is something that my country has never done. All of her body, energy and her soul went into that act. She is truly a Slovenian artist that I respect from the bottom of my heart. I will always remember when I went on my first pride parade in Slovenia and she was the one that preformed that afternoon/evening and she came right at me after she was done with her song and she said to me"I can't belive that you know all of the lyrics to my songs". Slovenes played her dirty. The amount of mean comments under RTV SLO (national television) articles about her was immense, with people insulting her and wishing she did not qualify. It's crazy how mean some people treat their own contestant. She is literally a very educated musician with tonnes of experience, and the Slovenian public treated her like some talentless newcomer with no experience. What a disgrace! No wonder her song is exactly about that-people misunderstanding you if you are different. I'm glad other countries show more appreciation for her (especially Croatia and Serbia).

Boomers complain in the comments below every post. They are the loudest minority. They generally complain about Eurovision being a circus, so they wouldn't be happy with anything. For me, one of the best songs in this final, which deserved at least the TOP 10. The audience in Europe might not have understood, but the fact that the jury in individual countries did not appreciate it is a blasphemy. Raiven is one of the most talented singers in this final. Naturally I voted only for her and I do not understand how it was possible, that e.g. Austria was so close to her. Greetings from Poland.
