Never use 1st Gear to downshift in a moving vehicle ..instead you can use 2nd gear .1st gear is meant to use the vehicle get moving from stationary (stop to move )... Thanks for ur video ,keep going ..all d best

No it's impossible sometimes especially in situations like Steep slopes, heavy traffic, heavy potholes and bigger speed breakers.. Vehicle will stall if we move in second gear in these situations even though it is running.. Rule is to put first gear when vehicle slows down enough (especially less than 10 kmp/h)..It's a common myth that any vehicle shouldn't be put to first gear while in running...

Never apply clutch at the beginning of breaking ..instead 1st apply half break to reduce the speed according to your calculation and once the vehicle slow down to the minimum speed for your gear (which ever gear ur vehicle is at that time) then apply clutch and downshift the gear if have more time to stop the vehicle if not apply clutch and break .so that you achieve smooth breaking .
