I'd suggest you give up on him for now if he's only 3 stars and move on to newer characters unless they are bound for a zenkai which I'm pretty sure this Gohan isn't gonna get a zenkai for 2 years. Most importantly make sure to enjoy the game the way you would👐🏽

Blue Beast needs one much more than Red. You can still use the red one on a good team, and with 2-3 zenkai buffs he’s extremely powerful. Yes, Blue Beast can be strong too, but it’s too far in the game to run him on a team.
