Raj Thackeray calls spade a spade. even though i would want him to touch on many other issues, i do understand the politics of it.many people who show disregard towards him tends to have different standards of reasoning for him and different for others.no language has suffered in this country as much as marathi . my cousins lives in gujrat and they speak gujrati. cuz they have to, gujratis will not put up with those who disrespect there language. then why should we?

@dinipc that's your opinion that he killed him. not courts. and ya we want Marathi to prioritize in our state. i'm sure that's what Nicolas Sarkozy wants and Angela merkel too.and talking about honest people. if honesty is continuum , raj Thackeray would be ahead of all the politicians in the state . and in country he would be in top 3 or 4 . i m guessing first one would be jayprakash narayan.

@TheAkshay013 No Sir, Ms Kini wants a Mumbai and a Maharashtra that is run by honest people who will ensure a level playing field for everyone concerned - not a Mumbai that prioritizes resources based on the mother tongue of people. In fact, poor Ms Kini's husband was murdered by Raj Thackeray's goons because all he did was rented a house of a friend of Raj Thackeray's. And according to prevailing Tenancy laws, had refused to vacate the house (don't blame him, blame the laws).

@dinipc obviously thats what i expect from north indians. 1. and that's what happpnes when you watch too much star news and Hindi media in general . who told you that marathi speakers wouldn't live a competitive life in mumbai if they speak marathi. make everything in marathi lets see what happens. japanese people speak japanese in tokyo i dont see anyone having any problem with that . so do french people speak french in paris and german people speak german in berlin.

Instead of motivating Marathis to work hard and move up in the competitive ladder, Raj Thackeray feeds on their lethargy! Instead of creating job opportunities for them, Raj Thackeray wants to literally beat up the competitive people. I run a business which requires my employees to travel on Mumbai local trains with 20-25 kgs of stuff, and I pay by trip. Some of my UP boys make even 15-16k per month, but the Marathi boys have no motivation to cross even 8k!

@dinipc REALLY , if he is opportunistic... idk by which standards but i m guessing its your biased north indian one ....cuz no south indian would oppose a person or a politician who would wanna promote his own language in his own state ........then yeah,,,i want him . to restore unity in diversity in this country. cuz these north indians wanna force there language on our state. and that's not gonna happen .

@TheAkshay013 I must admit, I give it to Raj Thackeray on his capacity to delude his Marathi folk. Apart from that, he is nothing but a political opportunist at best and a hateful bastard, in reality. Roughing up honest, hard-working Hindi-speaking masses can only behove a nobody like him. Fortunately, Mumbai-ites, including many in his target audience know this - that is precisely what explains the dismal BMC election performance of MNS.

2) Raj Thackeray breaks taxis and roadside stalls of Hindi-speaking hard-working, innocent people from outside Maharashtra, but employs 1000s of them in his own construction firm! What this means: Everyone and his grandmother knows that, particularly in Mumbai, and in whole of Maharashtra, civil/construction workers comprise of all but Marathis. An average beghari in Mumbai makes Rs 250 per day - no Marathi worth his salt wants to do this work, even the poorest of them!
