No chef worth their salt hides their recipes. What it takes to make a recipe is more about it's mannerisms, skill, effort, a fantastic taste palette, and not a fluke combination of ingredients which leads to others to keep it secret as they won't be able to recreate or better what they created by accident.

Only he will be able to describe in English the smoothness of his usage of Kannada But let me try ... The inherent sweetness of Kannada language encased by his mellifluous vocalization and involved intonation gripping the listeners in a compelling manner makes for a comforting sound on one's ears not withstanding inadvertent minor negligible errors in Kannada grammar and phonetics .

This is my grandmother named on his name as Madhavan park because he was so honest person as Chairman of Bangalore he layed out Roads in Rajagi nagar . Really I am extremely excited and happy to see in Yube Tube . Thank you so much for coming in you tube Thanks once again. I am his granddaughter from Bangalore but now I am in Salem.We family members parents were staying near Madhavan park.Really I am feeling happy.

What is really inspiring about Mr. Kripal Amanna? He doesn't get distracted or digressed by the people watching or staring at him. A 5mins walk from my place, seeing this bajji cart featured on the channel was a welcome surprise 🙂 It is my go-to place during rainy & winter seasons for a quick, hot bite of their bajji & bonda. Huge fan of their capsicum & bread, which can be very filling too. All at a very reasonable price. Great to see such local & small businesses getting featured & which could help them sustain in these tough times. Kudos to Kripal sir & his team 👏🏼

I have had Bajji at the same place for close to 27 years . Truly good old times . I used to go to this place after after basket ball game at madhavan park, after Vijay junior collage, after work, after tuitions, etc ,etc so many memories . After moving out of India for work . missing eating bajji at this place . must try place at Madhavan Park jayanagar BAJJI shop at the corner .

Tried this spice powder mixture as mentioned in the video and it drastically enhanced the taste of the bajji 👌🏻 Daniya powder, chilli powder, chat masala, salt and lemon salt(skipped this, added amchur powder instead)-

Have been visiting this place since my internship days, awwessssommme bajji place! All bajjis are really tasty. Capsicum bajji and bread bajji are unique to this place. They serve these bajjis in their unique style with veggie mix on top. Very humble guys. Miss seeing the old man in the video, who by the way used to make tasty Churmuri!

This was a brilliant episode. The success of the humble Kannadiga Roadside fare is down to it’s simplicity and humility. Wishing George and co even more success. And hopefully once we’ve reached the end of this Chinese tunnel (as I call it), we will visit Karnataka to experience it’s brilliance. Led by, of course, Kripal’s exuberance for food.

Capsicum bajji and other items are excellent. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ರುಚಿಕರವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. Kripal, your Kannada is also good.

When I arrived in Bangalore 20 years ago,. this was one of the first places I had bhaji .. and was equally surprised to see a whole capsicum turning to bhaji .. Kripal sir seem to have pressed my refresh button abruptly 😀 🙏

Kripal sir you are down to earth person.your explanation itself gives us energy to visit the shop and taste these bajji's.your encourage words itself make shopkeepers to serve good quality food. Whether it is 5 star hotel.small shop or roadside food sellers you treat them equally that is I like.

Oh i have been to this park many times , never happen to be there evening time , waiting for lockdown to open up , first thing visit all my favourite eateries and eat soulful ...vijayanagar watertank , wilson garden kuttu parotta , nehru road thalassery pazam pori , shivaji nagar beef biriyani ...oh the list is endless ...
