Pretty sure you’re not going to hear many indoctrinated doctors spreading information on natural remedies because that is the opposite of what is taught in medical school. Not taking away from the notion that doctors are very intelligent. But they don’t know everything. And very little actually about taking care of yourself to avoid the need for intervention.

@@rajanimdskincare we need more of this in the UK for definite. All of what you are discussing on this particular topic, almost goes back to the old ancient rituals from centuries ago, which is more of a holistic approach which we all forget here in the UK. I feel fabulous at almost 50, and take great care in my skin and have tried it all... but have also learnt less is more and very cautious about treatments. @@MISSYMINX261 For body application my thoughts would be to apply it at bedtime and let it work overnight. Cotton pajamas dedicated to that. Apply a light dusting of body powder. Pop on your absorbent cotton jammies and settle in for a beauty rest. Shower off any residue in the morning 🌅

Btw ~ To apply on my upper back, I drizzle the Oil on a 12”X 18” piece of wax paper, & then just lay down on it, squishing gently from side to side ☺️; fyi, I fold said in 1/2 thereafter & then reuse for several more days, until it’s no longer reusable),… also, don’t forget to rub a decent dollop right inside your belly-button 😉

What I remember when it comes to dark under eye circles: this can be a sign of iron deficiency. Had this, my ferritin (iron storage protein) was near 0. After taking 40 mg of iron for 200 days, ferritin was back to 63 👍🏼 Always think abour inner causes as well!

I've worked as a massage and physical therapist for almost 23 years and I learnt TMJ massage. After providing this session to a number of people and their follow-up sessions, they started to ask for more because it took years off of their faces. You can paralyze muscle with Botox and you can also relax it. When you relax muscle and enrich it with fluids, the skin snaps back to lie the way it's supposed to. I use the right oils to provide enough "glide" and then use quality moisturizers at the end of the session. (I love your advice on oils and grape seed oil doesn't stain linens) This is one way it reduces wrinkles. You can't get just anyone to do this, they have to be trained and at least a third of the session is done with the provider gloved and working inside your mouth. Some muscles are best reached this way. Dr. Rajani, what is your opinion of these sorts of efforts for reducing the signs of aging and would you do a video on this?

@@Filoufila Try an ice massage on the top of the center of the nose. If the muscle has been in spasm for a long time, ice can be used to break the cycle of spasm. Keep doing the massage and the relaxed state should last longer after each session. You want to relax that muscle and encourage it to accept the new state of normal, being a relaxed state. Your aesthetician should be able to help you with this.

So here’s the million dollar question that I don’t hear anybody else talking about that you got pretty close to in this video… Can we not just use straight vitamin A on our skin? As in, squeezing a little bit of retinal palmitate out of a vitamin A capsule that you would normally take orally.… This question is mostly met with the conversion process and how it doesn’t get converted to the proper form… But why doesn’t our body know how to do this yet It can convert many other things to what it is needed? This would make a great video topic! It’s a can of worms at the aesthetic community does not like to touch.
