@@Nononsense-zb8qy I would like you to please consider altering your diet for optimal health benefits: FYI, I was vegetarian until I collapsed on a mtn hike... Found out I was severely anemic and low B12. Doctor gave me prescription iron & told me to eat red meat. It was a gradual transition & I regained my energy... But decades later after going Keto because I can't exercise due to Fibromyalgia pain as a result of an accident, I started feeling even better. After reading No Grain No Pain by Dr Osborne, I eliminated carbs, grains & rice & added in more meat & going more Carnivore. I now feel FANTASTIC!!! My pain is nearly all gone, I'm off pain meds and my ENERGY & VITALITY are soaring! I feel like I got 30 years of my LIFE back!!! Now all I have are marienet lines on sides of mouth. Working on them. I always used sunscreen and my skin is smooth even though I smoked when younger. My late friend Pat was the healthiest person. She ate the healthiest diet. She exercised daily. She stayed out of the sun. She took excellent care of herself. However.... She got wrinkles and just recently died so suddenly from lung cancer. None of us can figure out why she ended up this way. Everything she ate was organic in the highest degree. She did go through menopause and I believe that's the entire problem. I believe everything is simply based on hormones. I watch you regularly and I do the things you say if it's within my budget. I'm definitely giving it my all and then some. I'm convinced that the chemicals in the body are responsible for a certain amount of electromagnetic energy within the cells in the body keeping it charged and vibrant.... Vibration and light energy.... It's something we need to be able to get down to every cell in the body. I'm thinking about so many things and have so many questions. My late friend Pat really got me thinking. You can do all the right things and still have issues. There's definitely something more to this.

Wow you are so thorough Dr. Rajani, you are so caring, and some people can save the money to see a very good doctor. You are so informative and you look amazing too! Your advice is worth a mint to some of us! You should do online consultations! My opinion is that I would rather be natural and not do anything except remove red spots, large moles or pre-cancerous spots. I had botox once and I regretted it. My eyebrow drooped for a half year to a year. Since I was in the fashion industry I felt it was important to look my best but since then I feel there must be balance in body, mind and skin care. More recently, I am ok with aging naturally and I think a lot of beauty comes from within and from the way you eat for example eating natural (organic) and not putting too much junk on your face ( I do wear a lot of cosmetics though) or thinking that beauty is everything and I don't focus on feeling depressed if I am not perfect. I focus more on being smart and exuding natural confidence, happiness and beauty which helps me look and feel better overall when my mental health is great and I then don't suffer from worrying so much about looking perfect because that is not healthy to have that obsession. I think minimal skincare is best but that is because I do not want to upset the natural flora on my body and face. Too much emphasis is put on physical beauty and that puts a lot of stress on people. Taking good care of your skin with good eating and supplements is a good option for me but I have never had severe issues. However you surely cover everything here and in case someone has a severe problem like acne or skin damage it's good to know your options. So many treatments are available now. I am glad in your other video you discussed natural options. You may want to discuss how diet can affect our skin: What are the best things to eat for better, healthier skin? Do foods, enviornmental toxins, pesticides and other things affect our skin?
@lindsaygoodwin314010 ай бұрын
That pot is chicken feet. Yes, people eat them, they are delicious. That said, I recently went from eating a low-meat diet to a moderate meat diet with lots of bone-broth, and I look maybe 3-4 years younger after a year of this. I also use hyleronic acid, C and retinol (sporadically), and I get great sleep, but I have been doing that for a few years. I've also noticed additional improvements with zinc and D3. If you smoke, stop. I was only smoking socially, and after stopping I noticed 3 or 4 years off my face after just a few months cigarette-free, and after a few months month of social smoking when I was traveling, 2-3 years were back on, then they came off once I stopped again. I can imagine a much bigger difference from someone who is a daily smoker.

I have celiac disease which had me in osteopenia at age 42. I added collagen peptides nothing else changed and after about 1.5 years i was just barely in the normal range. I figured if it helped with skin, hair and nails it would help with bone density and turns out I was right! this was 8 years ago, no one was saying so then!

I am taking NAD & Nicotinamide Riboside for 5 months so far, and this has done wonders for my skin, and has lifted my entire skin, body, face(I have upped my water intake too) . It’s incredible. You have to stay on for 4 months before you start seeing results. (I’m going to stay on forever💖I am adding Revly Collagen+C starting today. I also have upped micro needling my face- neck to 2-3x a month.

What's really a strange feeling is to be adopted and meet and also, finally, see pictures of my grandparents, at the age of 58! ( I'm 60 now...) Both my parents, who both smoked, drank, and took drugs, looked fairly in tact in their 70's. I spent an entire lifetime being an obsessed naturalist and sports enthusist. I have the jowls. Where did I go wrong?! Yikes! I guess I can't understate unhealthy relationships where your face is in a tense state or a frown. Tooth grinding is also a factor in my case. A lifetime of chronic disease is the saddest fact of all, and very little progress for improvement. By the way, when the rain is at it's lowest and the Columbia River becomes a series of islands, I saw what was at the bottom at Lyle point! Appalled by people! pollution does not help our skin! I'm not sure what's at the bottom of your hot tub, but I'd be careful who you invite over! LOL! I like that you bring a smile to my face! Betsy x

Calcium is also very important for women but not from supplements as we already know it did more harm than good to post menopausal women. It needs to be come from foods like cheese and milk. Supports bone health which is critical as we lose muscle mass. We need to think of the body as a whole and it’s amazing how the specific things we want to improve comes from a healthy diet, exercise and SLEEP! It doesn’t happen overnight but baby steps if you can’t afford procedures. Plus we have a great teacher with Dr Rajani. So grateful for his passion and dedication to his profession. We ❤you!
