@@Nononsense-zb8qy I would like you to please consider altering your diet for optimal health benefits: FYI, I was vegetarian until I collapsed on a mtn hike... Found out I was severely anemic and low B12. Doctor gave me prescription iron & told me to eat red meat. It was a gradual transition & I regained my energy... But decades later after going Keto because I can't exercise due to Fibromyalgia pain as a result of an accident, I started feeling even better. After reading No Grain No Pain by Dr Osborne, I eliminated carbs, grains & rice & added in more meat & going more Carnivore. I now feel FANTASTIC!!! My pain is nearly all gone, I'm off pain meds and my ENERGY & VITALITY are soaring! I feel like I got 30 years of my LIFE back!!! I'm horseback riding, bicycling and hiking mtns again, and it's decades later! Please try it, you won't be sorry. My late friend Pat was the healthiest person. She ate the healthiest diet. She exercised daily. She stayed out of the sun. She took excellent care of herself. However.... She got wrinkles and just recently died so suddenly from lung cancer. None of us can figure out why she ended up this way. Everything she ate was organic in the highest degree. She did go through menopause and I believe that's the entire problem. I believe everything is simply based on hormones. I watch you regularly and I do the things you say if it's within my budget. I'm definitely giving it my all and then some. I'm convinced that the chemicals in the body are responsible for a certain amount of electromagnetic energy within the cells in the body keeping it charged and vibrant.... Vibration and light energy.... It's something we need to be able to get down to every cell in the body. I'm thinking about so many things and have so many questions. My late friend Pat really got me thinking. You can do all the right things and still have issues. There's definitely something more to this.

Thank you for this video. I do not have jowls at 51 years old, but I will be implementing some of these ideas. A lot of these things have been part of my life for years. I love grizzle, pig odd parts (tails, ears, skin, liver, heart, tongue, etc) and same for other animals. I started taking marine, chicken, and beef collagen for years for my organs and not my skin. A lot of people assume I am much younger as you can see in my photo, but I am not taking any changes. lol Despite my mom having having very limited wrinkles at 84 years old. I must admit I do not use sun screen, but maybe my skin oils help. I just dislike them on my skin. I am a sun lover! However, I do use red, near, and infrared daily for years. I got to reduce my screen time use considerably. My number #1 bad habit. Love your videos.

I do them every other day, to give my face muscles time to rebuild. I combined the ones I really liked into my own routine. There are many face aerobics and face exercise videos on you tube. My jowls are gone and my neck is smooth too except for the two lines of skin in the front. I do these exercises while on stationary bike. Huge difference. Now all I have are marienet lines on sides of mouth. Working on them. I always used sunscreen and my skin is smooth even though I smoked when younger. I exercise a lot and take fish collagen and other supplements. I would think building muscles in face should help keep bone in place too.

Wow you are so thorough Dr. Rajani, you are so caring, and some people can save the money to see a very good doctor. You are so informative and you look amazing too! Your advice is worth a mint to some of us! You should do online consultations! My opinion is that I would rather be natural and not do anything except remove red spots, large moles or pre-cancerous spots. I had botox once and I regretted it. My eyebrow drooped for a half year to a year. Since I was in the fashion industry I felt it was important to look my best but since then I feel there must be balance in body, mind and skin care. More recently, I am ok with aging naturally and I think a lot of beauty comes from within and from the way you eat for example eating natural (organic) and not putting too much junk on your face ( I do wear a lot of cosmetics though) or thinking that beauty is everything and I don't focus on feeling depressed if I am not perfect. I focus more on being smart and exuding natural confidence, happiness and beauty which helps me look and feel better overall when my mental health is great and I then don't suffer from worrying so much about looking perfect because that is not healthy to have that obsession. I think minimal skincare is best but that is because I do not want to upset the natural flora on my body and face. Too much emphasis is put on physical beauty and that puts a lot of stress on people. Taking good care of your skin with good eating and supplements is a good option for me but I have never had severe issues. However you surely cover everything here and in case someone has a severe problem like acne or skin damage it's good to know your options. So many treatments are available now. I am glad in your other video you discussed natural options. You may want to discuss how diet can affect our skin: What are the best things to eat for better, healthier skin? Do foods, enviornmental toxins, pesticides and other things affect our skin?

As I'm watching this I'm hoping you talk about a healthy diet as well as fasting. I lost 45 lbs over an 18 month period and my skin changed dramatically while ingesting collagen peptides daily. I'm 62 years young and my skin shrank while eating only one meal a day! I'll also mention that in 2020 I got Invisalign braces because of my bite changing making it painful to eat. I drank water constantly and stayed away from soda and alcohol and I believe the braces helped in exercising my jaw. I do believe all these things contributed to my current healthy look.

collagen Peptides are amazing, I'm 68 and I've been taking them with my coffee for 9 years and I take Fish Oil 3500mg a day. I am told over and over I look like I'm in my 50s, some say 40's. I'm not telling you II look like a kid, but I do defintiely feel like I look at least a decade younger.. I use only brow pencil and sometimes mauve or rose lip color.. ..I'm just giving a thumbs up on collagen peptides. (:

You get rid of it at 50 by facial massages... and FACE YOGA. The facial muscles want to not be tight, but be strong like in youth. It worked for me, but need to do it at least 20 minutes 5 times a week. If I stop they come back, so I have to do it often. I deliberately make certain facial expression to help the face. No surgery and 54. Look 35.

I am down with the massages, but doesn't the stretching of the face, as he states, make it worse? I definitely need some help with my neck area, and I am 47.

Calcium is also very important for women but not from supplements as we already know it did more harm than good to post menopausal women. It needs to be come from foods like cheese and milk. Supports bone health which is critical as we lose muscle mass. We need to think of the body as a whole and it’s amazing how the specific things we want to improve comes from a healthy diet, exercise and SLEEP! It doesn’t happen overnight but baby steps if you can’t afford procedures. Plus we have a great teacher with Dr Rajani. So grateful for his passion and dedication to his profession. We ❤you!

What's really a strange feeling is to be adopted and meet and also, finally, see pictures of my grandparents, at the age of 58! ( I'm 60 now...) Both my parents, who both smoked, drank, and took drugs, looked fairly in tact in their 70's. I spent an entire lifetime being an obsessed naturalist and sports enthusist. I have the jowls. Where did I go wrong?! Yikes! I guess I can't understate unhealthy relationships where your face is in a tense state or a frown. Tooth grinding is also a factor in my case. A lifetime of chronic disease is the saddest fact of all, and very little progress for improvement. By the way, when the rain is at it's lowest and the Columbia River becomes a series of islands, I saw what was at the bottom at Lyle point! Appalled by people! pollution does not help our skin! I'm not sure what's at the bottom of your hot tub, but I'd be careful who you invite over! LOL! I like that you bring a smile to my face! Betsy x

That pot is chicken feet. Yes, people eat them, they are delicious. That said, I recently went from eating a low-meat diet to a moderate meat diet with lots of bone-broth, and I look maybe 3-4 years younger after a year of this. I also use hyleronic acid, C and retinol (sporadically), and I get great sleep, but I have been doing that for a few years. I've also noticed additional improvements with zinc and D3. If you smoke, stop. I was only smoking socially, and after stopping I noticed 3 or 4 years off my face after just a few months cigarette-free, and after a few months month of social smoking when I was traveling, 2-3 years were back on, then they came off once I stopped again. I can imagine a much bigger difference from someone who is a daily smoker.
