And i also wanted to ask can MOA be amended (like can any changes be made to it) for increasing or decreasing the limit of authorized share capital that can be raised? @6:00. Why are calls made and what exactly are calls? @12:30

hello, Answering the first question called up and paid up won't be included in authorized capital as it tells or directs us that these particular shares can only be issued, and in case of the issued capital shares are issued publically, for example, selling of the shares and, in subscribed capital the actual shares are purchased by public, this procedure only include call up and paid up. The second answer, yes you can just read these points in the textbook u will get to know Third answer is calls are made for payment of the shares

Just one thing that for your advice to read tb, I am currently in hsc board and that topic was there in 11th standard in secretarial practices(SP) subject and we had an option between SP and maths.. Maths was compulsory so we didn't have SP. Additionally in 12th we don't have that concept in accounts so i am not aware bro if you can explain it in short it will be a great help 😊
