Thank you, someone made a video!!!!! This show had so much potential to influence women to be confident and embrace being themselves. My mother still watches it and I cannot describe this cringe I get from this show now. The way they show mental health issues, anxiety and depression is so surface level and misinterpreted. Yeah initially I also thought the show will make Anupama empowered now and show some good changes in her life. But the show has gone wrong , it has shown many wrong things. Like Anupama constantly going back to her abuser again and again, like baa, vanraj and her children also who constantly abuse her for no reason. But she still cares for them, runs back to them like an idiot. And ignore anuj. It has shown that you should respect your abuser no matter what.

The problem with these shows is That makers glorify the exploration of women in Indian families instead of highlighting it as an issue. Housewife ko sb krne kr baad bhi izzat nhi milti toh use kitni mahaan hai yeh naari krke dikhaya jaya hai na ki kitne ghatiya hain yeh log krke , koi working woman ghar or bahar ka kaam sb karti hai toh use kaise acche se sb sambhal rhi hai krke show karte hain naki ghar walo ne machine smjha hua hai and apne kaam khud krne wo yeh krke. Agar divorce lele toh move on nhi dijhaynege balki us khandan ki zimmedari wo ab bhi sambhal rhi hai krke dikhaya jata hai.
