He is right. There is a voice resemblance between him and Kishore Kumar. He was one of the few actors who lived the music and had excellent timing and lip movement. He made a good singer a great singer from Aradhana. After that there was no looking back for. I would suggest the audience made him a superstar and alongwith him Kishore Kumar was a singing superstar. Of course Rafi and Mukesh dominated before the sudden arrival of KK. Thanks to Rajesh Khanna.

Long ago I read in a Jeetendra (then called Ravi Kapoor) interview that he and Rajesh Khanna were classmates in school. Jeetendra used to bunk classes and Rajesh Khanna was very studious, regular and sincere in attending classes. No wonder his flawless English diction proves the point. Rajesh Khanna was, is and will be the first and original superstar of Indian films. Amitabh Bachchan is the second and last real superstar of Indian cinema, the best successor to the superstar mantle. These two are the only superstars of Hindi films, the first and last of the dinosaurs. All the so called superstars today are mere insects. The above film being shot is called "Aap Ki Kasam". I remember when we were standing outside the theatre waiting for the previous show audience to come out, i saw most of the ladies, gents and college girls were teary eyed, because Rajesh Khanna's character dies of severe burns in the ending of this film. This film was a massive hit. I was just a kid then but I remember how much India was mad about Rajesh Khanna. I shall end now. Thank you.
