We still don't have any plans for this. One very high level person close to industry and govt both ( harish mehta) said in an interview recently that " we should not focus on building products, service is our strength and we should focus on it". He also confirmed that that is government policy as well. We are planning to create a workforce which will help create these products. People actually clapped to that stupid statement.
