I follow the team very closely watched every game during the time, he gave up on them you could tell. He's narrowing it down to one play but if you watched all those playoff games he was not playing as smart or as hard as he could. I was stoked to get him on our team. I thought he had such a great game and mind for the game. And he did. The problem was he didn't have the heart to match when he was on the Mavs.

Rick has proven to be an awful coach. But guys like him somehow still get coaching gigs. Yea this Celtics team has been great all season but Rick cost them 2 or 3 games in that series because of his refusal to call timeouts or refusal to foul the 3 point shooter up 3 points.
