Mad respect from Pakistan 🇵🇰 ❤ It was a pure privilege to watch and learn valuable insights from the General himself. I must say, such candid nature, boldness of opinion, and humility is rarely witnessed in Pakistan be it a politician or a general level officer. Even if fate has ordained us to be enemies rather than amicable neighbours, we must never stop learning from each other. The general himself is the best example who learnt not only from his superiors/comrades but also attempted to gain knowledge from a mere militant himself. Thereby, mastering his grip on the insurgents while keeping his human side intact. "Lead from the heart not mind" This quote will surely stick with me for decades to come. Thankyou for expressing your thoughts and experiences General Yash Mor. Stay Blessed 🙏

As a Pakistani TBVH i agree with 95 percent of all the talk that happened in this podcast. I hope one day i can meet you General Yash mor . The best part of the podcast was that how he explained about China that their objective is to develope and conquer and Americas motive is to destroy and conquer .The thing i would like to disagree as per General sahab he stated that you cannot freely live in Karachi its not due to terrorism rather due to robbers and small law and order situations .Secondarily, for peace to prevail ISI is not only the culprit to blame rather it is also RAW which is known to support BLA in balochistan and TLP in khyber pakhtun khwa province, the living example is the example of Kalboshan yadav in the recent times whos motive was to destablize the Gawadar area and to help and support militants in balochistan. My mesaage to Pakistanis would be to acknowledge the fact that we were a great nation in the 70s and have lost that essence while fighting for countries and this has lead to our demise .However i agree that pakistan created the taliban themselves but now after their motives have been acheived ,RAW is pushing TLP to cause unnecessary terrorism in the country. Love from Paksitan 💙 .

I was in Defence, currently in my late 30’s so understand current circumstances. I totally agreed with Major General Sir that religion and national interest can’t go hand to hand. So we should stop prioritising religious stuffs. He also highlighted that there was a time when Pakistan economy was doing good than Indian economy but due to Religious things and military coups their economy declined. He correctly mentioned that we should never give power to military authorities to run the country. So as per my understanding he is well informed and knowledgeable person. Thanks for such good knowledgeable podcast 👌

Trump is funded by American Evangelists. The American church has always supported the Republicans. Biblical attitudes influence US policy or else Roe vs Wade would never have been overturned. Indian economy was poor due to the decision to pursue the socialist path which led to the debacle in 1990 after which liberalisation became necessary.

They are disputing the Ladakh and Arunachal Pradesh. They are disputing lands in other countries such as Mongolia, even Russia and all other neighbours. They are claiming the South China sea. They are claiming Hong Kong, have already claimed Tibet. Recently Phillipines was worried about their presence in South China sea. They are in dispute with Taiwan...!! They bought your land in PoK i.e. Sakshagam Valley! I don't see any practicality. If it's the point of militant becoming his buddy. Then that wouldn't happen with militants like Burhan Wani

Dear Raj, as someone who once aspired to join the Indian armed forces (recommended by 19 SSB Allahabad, AIR 66 in merit, NDA Course 115, unfit due to medical reasons) and then spent the last nine years of my life closely associated and working with senior armed forces officers in various research establishments, heartfelt thanks for this episode; I learned a lot and was extremely glad to hear Gen Mor being frank enough to say things which many of my serving officer friends have shared with me in private, and which I always believed the country should know, for good or for worse. A few words of feedback but not criticism: As a patriotic youth influencer, your depth and breadth of knowledge about history, indian civilization and current affairs must improve. This will improve the quality of questions you ask and bring so much more out of the guests. Secondly, in some cases, it is better to not ask "mujhe ek ek baat batao khol ke". Due to national security reasons as well as personal safety of the guests, it is better to let them judge how much they should reveal. I suggest you get some understanding about how to discuss matters of sensitivity publicly and approach the issues in a way so that they are not sensationalized. I do not think that looking at pictures of dead militants was so useful for this podcast, for instance. Gen Mor did not glorify violence but the podcast should also not do so. Army does what is necessary against the enemy but its ethos is not to dehumanize the dead enemy. Cheers again for a great conversation!

Well Kargil war casualties happened due to top army commanders incompetence, they assumed it was some few militants sitting on mountain tops, the young officers gave their supreme sacrifice to achieve the impossible knowing that they will not return alive, the training and ethos of Indian Defence got us back the peaks. Search Major Bhatnagar, Brigadier Devender Singh and see what the higher commanders did to their service. POK is very much important - Wakkan corridor give access to Afghanistan trade market to Iran and also central Asian market. It’s an important geo-political strategic region and India has claimed a parliament resolution that whole of J&K is Indian territory. Aksai Chin is having rich mineral deposits which China has been exploring and extracting for a long time. It has rare earth minerals which are being mined and now it has set eyes on Afghanistan. So this has to be seen from this angle. I agree the Maj General Mor’s Outreach and empathy to the civilian population is commendable. The people centric approach has won local support and got him the desired results! Good podcast and shared some interesting experiences!

Well I disagree. I blame your lack of experience in high altitude warfare. Please research more as no organization is perfect and it's easy to blame others.
@nikhilthakran26 күн бұрын
@@nitinpanda1700 I have done extensive research on the conflict. Yes, I do agree high altitude mountain warfare is a different ballgame. Early patrol reports had stated some activity on mountain peaks and it is documented and sent to HQ but was not taken seriously. Brig Devinder Singh who was at the forefront of the operation has given his experience where we lacked and how the higher ups responded. We have mountain strike Corps and they do extensive training. We have training at High mountain warfare school (HAWS). Nitin Ghokhale has interviewed several operational commanders which will give you exact information which will give a better perspective. I hope this helps. And I am not blaming or sceptical but giving reality check. Lastly there were 527 casualties in the conflict but do you know there were more casualties and injuries in logistical support of arms and ammunition transfer. The ammunition was outdated or having quality issues and accidents due to improper handling. Please do some research more and check the casualties. I hope this helps.

if India could, they would take Azad Kashmir and GB. Pakistan has openly invited at various instances to come and get it. In case of any miscalculations, the war will end before it starts. You may check videos of your own Pravin Swahney what he has to say about indias western borders.

A small but important input for Raj… I regularly watch your podcasts and they really add a lot of value. I have been wanting to say it for a long time. I hope you take it as constructive criticism. When talking to elders, instead of saying “sir aap batao, aap bolo”, pls say “aap batao ye, aap boliye”. Hindi is a beautiful language that allows us an opportunity to refer to elders differently than who are younger. Using the language correctly will add more grace and gravity to your sessions and will definitely be more liked by the amazing people you invite on your show. You are doing a great job. All the best.
@rouka763825 күн бұрын
both are ok. outside the hindi belt people say "batao" only, no one uses bataiye. I am guessing raj isnt from UP or bihar where there is a difference between the two.

RS ji, a huge interesting and informative podcast. Straight forward, clear message, lots of experiences and stories in Major Saab's life. Fantastic gentleman. I loved it and of all educative. How true that 'War' is not at all a solution in any case. I absolutely support and condemn this. What a lovely clear message for many people who fanticize WAR. A big NO. ALso, I just wanted to add a bit on that - country like India, US and those many whose economy is in good standing must support and bring the poor country together. They should emphasize more on this and as a one humanity. Your neighbhouring country does matter at the same level when you are not doing well. So, after all. we all want happiness and not suffering. Atleast, try at some level and set an example eventhough it is a small one. Least to say again thanks and appreciate it. Cheers. Keep rocking.
