I’m a perfume enthusiast and have been collecting perfumes and these are the points that i have experienced in my journey so far : 1. Most Indian population are unaware about perfume notes or types of perfume categories like Clones, Designer, niche brands. 2. Most Indian population still stuck on deodorants. 3. Most People here in India doesn’t understand what is a synthetic note and a natural smelling perfumes. 4. People mostly searching for perfumes under Rs.1000. 5. Perfume culture is bad in India, people don’t compliment here mostly with regard to perfumes. 6. Even if someone wants to buy good expensive perfumes they fall into the trap on fakes as Indian market is full of thugs and fake perfumes of good brands.. These points are the reason why companies like Beardo, Villian, bombay saving company are selling cheap copies of designer frags and Indian unaware population are happy buying it..

nah dude some notes like leather (like tom ford leather series) or alcoholic smells are not liked by (many) women when men wear it but other men still compliment such notes. Meanwhile some notes such as rose and flowery just don't feel good on men, they are definitely female. Although such notes are sometimes also used for men but then its not overpowered and balanced.

I have used most of the perfume available. Mainly within 2000/- price range. Villain is pure waste. Nothing special about it. Men company, smell nice but do not last even 1 hrs. Most new brands coming out nowadays are only focusing on profit but not the quality. Bella Vita maintained nice balance till now thats why its in profit consistently. It lasts for more than 4-5 hrs or even more and its smells decent. Villain, Djoker, men company, la french, bombay shaving company are absolutely waste of money. Few I found very good. La french - Coral Engage - M1, M2, Jaguar deo - Classic Envy - Black Park avenue- Discoverer. Bella Vita - none of it actually excites me but its not waste of money because its last and smell decent.

Those who want fragrance for daily use will stick to fogg and axe.
