The people who do not know in Assam the religious institutions established by Mahapurush Srimanta Shankar Dev, do not and will never differentiate between any people based on religion. Because when the Namghars were established it was also the era of Peer Azan Faqir. And the similarity between the songs he composed known as Zikir and prayers composed by Shankardev known as Borgeet is undeniable. And therefore, in Assam’s religious institutions every person irrespective of their caste and religion can enter and pray to god. Because it is the people on earth dividing everything based on religion but Universe is one and so is God. And nobody has the right to stop it. It is the right given to us also by our Constitution.
