When we were retired in 1982 we were in special group other then A group.We were getting more pay thang gp BCD etc Now we are combined with them Group is formed gp y.Great injustice is done with y group chief petty officer

जो मिल रहा है ऊसी मे समाधान है। लेकिन orop2 मे 15 से 19 साल तक सर्व्हिस वालों को हवालदार Y ग्रूप के लिए21782 पेन्शन फिक्स किया था लेकिन orop 3 मे 15, 15.5, 16, 16.5 ,17 ईस तरह हर छ महिने के अंतर से अलग पेन्शन क्यौ? और 17.5 सर्व्हिस के लिए 1000/ से जादा पेन्शन क्यौं?जिनको 21782 / पेन्शन मिल रही थी ऊनको equal फायदा मिलना चाहिए था। लेकिन ऐसा क्यौं हुआ?

Jab tak PBORs ke maximum mein pension set nehi hoga tab tak OROP nehi hoga. Last Rank mein service duration sab ka alag hai. Iss lie pension bhi kam aur jada hai. This is not an OROP, The basic definition of OROP is defeated. The officers hand in glove with the Govt. have made these calculations wherein they have ensured a steep hike in their pension and put the PBORs in lots of problems. There should not be a common level taken to determine the revision of pension of the three services. There should be seperate tables for Army, Air Force and Navy as the initial terms of recruitment are different and the promotions of the three services are different. Then why don't they give the pension of the Navy and Air Force as per the requisite exams are cleared. The Army personals are given time scale promotions where as the Navy and Air Force personnel have to clear the exams, hence, the moment they clear the exams they should be promoted or at least give them the next higher rank pension. Further taking the average of the pensions of the three services is absurd, as, the group does not remain the same for the same trade especially in the Army , technical groups are lower while the clerical groups are higher. Therefore, the revision of the pension should be calculated separately for the three services. Until and unless all the anomalies are rectified and the representative of each rank of each service should be present to take part in the exercise and ensure that the officers don't dictate terns in this aspect. What is the rationality in having a huge hike in the pensions of the officers in each of the IROPs and CPCs?
