Sanyutei Ryuyaku
Sanyutei Ryukaku, a rakugo storyteller, entered the world of rakugo in 1985 as an apprentice of Sanyutei Enraku 5th. In 1993, Ryukaku was promoted to shinuchi (a title recognized as a professional rakugo storyteller) and began his solo performances. He is the only storyteller that performs in 8 languages, including Japanese, French, Spanish, Italy, Dutch, German, Chinese and English. In the past, he has performed in 9 countries with over 55 cities. (Overseas performance counts more than 180.) The country of past performances include France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, USA and China.

■三遊亭竜楽とは
1985年に5代目三遊亭円楽に入門した落語家・三遊亭竜楽。1993年に真打昇進を果たし、独演会などを重ねる傍ら、日本語を含め、仏語、西語、伊語、蘭語、独語、中国語、英語と、実に8か国語を操り落語を演じているのはもちろん世界に彼一人。現在までに公演で訪れた国は、フランス、イタリア、ポルトガル、スペイン、ドイツ、スイス、ベルギー、アメリカ、中国の9か国、約55都市を廻り、180回以上の外国語落語公演を行っている。

I was watching the japanese version and wondering why the subs were so weird and some parts of what he was saying in japanese was missing, like "He always eats like that!" and specifically "to eat" now I see the subs are from this version of him speaking English... Ahh.. sigh... I think instead of Turn it back maybe he meant turn around? Also kinda sad to see him use a tool to eat instead of his hand, but I get it. Still funny in its own way. :)
