Raldey WASP Electric Mountainboard Review

I was able to try out the Raldey Wasp with the eski pb set up and the range is impressive. I took it to it's max speed which was 35mph. Somehow, I was not able to hit 39mph. The board was customized to have a box battery 12s7p molicel p42 and a VESC by MakerX (DV6).

I appreciate the review but there actually are two versions of this board. The Eski poisonous Bee Pro is real and actually has a 12s6p battery which gives it a higher top speed and range. From what I heard Eski was started by a former employee or relative of someone at Raldey. I don't know why people keep saying that "they were going to release it under a different name but then settled on Raldey Wasp" and acting like the Eski pb pro no longer exists. Maybe you didn't watch the Dkwan video about the pb pro because he talks about the differences between it and the Raldey Wasp. For $200 more you get 1/3 bigger battery with the Eski and it looks like it comes with bull bars on the front now. I actually purchased it when it was initiaially released but ended up getting cold feet and cancelling my order when it didn't ship by the date that was promised. Eski is a brand new company and I had a lot of reservations going into it especially regarding warranty and service. They talked about having a warehouse in the US but the board was shipping from China and there were just a few too many things that were sketching me out so I ended up cancelling. Anyways I'm curious how this board is holding up for you. I have heard a lot of pretty bad things about Raldey so I have been pretty hesitant to seriously look into getting anything from them but I am thinking about possibly finally picking up the Eski. It looks like the Eski pb pro has the same battery enclosure while having the 12s6p battery so I suspect that's why it looks so big on the wasp. The pb pro also supposedly uses smaller gauge (thicker) wires and the esc motor connection looks much more robust in pictures.

Just wanted to let anyone considering buying this board know that I received this board missing a snap ring and with wheels contacting the motor mounts, quality control is non existent. Remote control says disconnected and flashes display information rarely, power button is illuminated and won't shut off. Doesn't even have 20 miles on it, we will see what customer support wants me to pay for a new esc before I make a video roasting these shill for promoting this garbage

the battery enclosure looks like it has plenty of space for bigger configuration that 12S4P, can you measure the size of one segment?

Bottom mounted enclosure on an off road board is a massive restriction on how off road the board can go, especially with that wheelbase and double stack enclosure (which is overkill for a 4p.) Seems more like they just wanted to clone a kaly.
