Some of us here in Raleigh have lower rates but have decided to sell anyway because our kids are grown and we have enough equity to pay cash for the next home. We took the plunge and jumped in during this crazy market with our North Raleigh home. We however did a full renovation of our house over the past 3 years to prepare.
