This is really good, as a JTAC I really like the comms flow. Pretty realistic except for the lack of 9 lines really being passed. Cool integration of scripted scenes with actual player input.

@@balticdragon3611 Question - will missions be modified/added etc. to force you to take advantage of some of the later systems that will be added to the hornet as they come online? E.g. A/G radar, etc. One of the things I love about your campaigns is that you force me to learn the aircraft at a deeper level and use it's systems creatively to accomplish the goal.

Christopher Mailloux the missions are built in such a way that these systems will help (like: ground radar, it makes a lot of missions easier), but it will be up to the player to use them to his advantage.

I fly a bunch of different modules, so am not super proficient in any one. Do you think getting familiar with all of the F18 training missions would be enough to complete this campaign?

You will need to know a bit of everything - CASE 1 and 3, AAR, usinh FLIR, dropping lader guided bombs and JDAMs, Mavericks (IR and laser), air to air combat... it is going to be demanding but not super difficult.

how do you get the wingman to bomb targets like that? or is it scripted in the mission?

Throughout the campaign i am not using DCS wingmen. All the orders will be given via F10 radio menu and usually will be who attacks and who covers.. you never use 95% of notmal wingman orders and if you do they usually don’t work anyway. My system works pretty well on the othet hand - and is much more immersive with the same voice for wingman throughout the mission.
