This great one hour press conference isn't on KZbin in its full length so I figured I'd share to fellow Dylanites.

It always amazes me how someone so young, could be so intelligent. It's always a breath of fresh air to watch any Dylan interview. It's a shame about most of the questions, but the responses are great :)

Allen Ginsberg gave the only really good question. He was probably the only person there that really cared about Dylan.

I love this part of the conference. Dylan's answers and reporters questions are so diversified and bring me back to that time of my generation. He was and is so light-hearted and helped his generation cope with the establishment.

Since Dylan is a home grown philosopher, it would be wonderful if he had his own talk show. Americans of all ages would appreciate hearing from a legend on his opinions about everything. I would certainly tune in to hear him.

these people are fucking badgering him for every little thing he does. bob dylan was being quite and evasive before not out of arrogance..he clearly just felt as though he was in a really awkward situation, and is also not the type of person to bother with artificial formalities.

to kennyg - Yes, he knew it was ginsberg at 4:00. That's why he was pissed and told him he would tell him later. "I thought you were a friend!" "I wouldn't do that to you!" Ginsberg was trying to tear his mask off. (get a genuine response.)

@FuchsiaFire444

he appears to be an enigma because he is of a generation that thought differently from the establishment. He's not an enigma when you realize he's commenting on people beliefs and events that are out of alignment. He knew there was nothing mysterious about his lyrics and had a hard time dealing with people who liked being lost

He is a social justice musician of the 60s (my era). The folk singers of that time were bringing the civil rights' message through their songs. Back then, it was civil rights. Today, it is Black Lives Matter. He also didn't like bullshit. You weren't going to put him in a box.
