@@nancychakmian6416 You can definitely tell what a difference it makes if you take care of your body nowadays. The proof is in the pudding. I loved it, too! I thought Macchio did a great job portraying a man who still struggles with his past trauma and PTSD from his time with Silver when he was young. You can really see the vulnerability in his eyes when he confronts Silver at Sting Rays apartment. Of course, William Zabka was amazing and hilarious as always. Johnny is still my favorite character in the series but I thought Macchio really stepped it up this season, too.

@@bean9619 You know what my favorite part of season 5 is? Daniel and Johnny seem finally to be over their past. Combine that with Johnny becoming more of a responsible adult and Daniel doing a better job of deciding what things need fixing and what should be left alone, is great character growth.

I knew he was divorced or separated but even though he came into the bar/restaurant I worked in and drank a little wine and played poker machines, I didn't realize his condition was that serious. In one of his very last nights in there, after having a couple of drinks and putting on a little side show with the Irish band on stage, he had had me worried as he asked me to walk him down the steps of the bar as he was leaving to walk to his hotel room. I was willing to escort him all the way to his room or have security take him there, but he said he was fine on his own. he put on a great little free skit on stage that night for the patrons in the Pub.
