only if you calculate everything over 100 point . what if different categories has different Max point ? (Ex: assignments score from 20 and all assignments take 20% of the final grade)

Then if you wanted the overall grade of the whole class would you sum their individual weighted average row totals then divide by the number of students?

Hi! Question, if you change the weight of the assignment 40%, to a different number when the formula is already prepare, are the calculations going to still be correct or not for the Grade.

Yes. Since the formula refers to the cells containing the weights, the calculations will still be accurate. Of course, the total weight still needs to equal 100% so adjusting one category weight will require adjusting at least one other category.
