so if i get a 100 on a recent test and the test category is weighted 70% and regular assignments are weighted 30% but i already have another test in the test category that i got a 100 on, does that mean the 100 on the recent test i took doesn't help my grade at all?

Please answer my question: what does mean when somebody says the test will be 100% weighted. If you did a test with 50 questions. How this is evaluated? Is it by the performance by the group or by each individual. Example: let's say the maximum grade in a group was 80%. So I assume they would set up the list A and B. 80% to 70%=List A, or they grab only the 80s, if have enough to in the list A, and list B=69 to 50. Many years ago. I did a test and asked them how they evaluate, they said it would by group performance, if they expect that the individual gets 100% or 90%, nobody will pass, something like that. I mean, they would have very minimal individuals to hire, and then by the time they finish the recruitment, they would run out of candidates, some would not show up at the interview, or not pass, or if get the job might not pass the probation or quit, and then they have to do the recruitment over and over in a short time, if you are expecting too many candidates to get 100% grade.
