His presence of mind should be appreciated when he only asked his daughter for the feedback, kids don't lie, they are not biased. I think this strategy was keep point for the success and his murthi got selected. Other sculptors too have made the wonderful murthi, but the element of cuteness and seeing Rama lallal in those murthi doesn't invoke the feeling.Otherwise they are awesome too.

Thanks to the sculptures hardwork and dedication. But why is Ram lalla looking up a bit, looking above and far rather than to his devotees & worshippers right in front of him? His eyes should be such that Everyone should feel he’s looking at “me” when standing in front of him and looking at him. His eyes 👀 position need to be changed. That’s my first impression when I saw.
