Temple hasn't built from taxpayer's money (Thanks Rajesh for clarifying). At the same time it cannot be denied that without BJP government, the temple would never have been built. The money was never a problem. The challenge was political and BJP helped overcome it.

@@hasrataulakh The case was in SC since 2011. Congress Govt preferred delaying hearings, presenting affidavits of Ram being just a myth - hence non seriousness to pursue. SC began hearing from 2017, however in that too, Kapil Sibal ensured hearings still get delayed to post 2019 elections. Post 2019, BJP Govt showed full intent from there representatives in SC - including providing translations of past/historical documents for the case - without any delays. This ensured SC to hear the case once for all, 40 days continuosly, post which SC gave the verdict in favour of Ram Lalla. Still, suppose had SC given judgment but Congress govt in Centre and SP in UP - they would have easily put efforts to delay construction by misusing admin power. Also, other infra to support Ram Mandir would definitely not be possible, in Ayodhya. Even, they would have incited riots to show that law and order in sensitive in this case, hence delay any construction citing that. Lastly, Temple trust is created by Parliament. Today it has mainly VHP persons, and other people who represented Ram Lalla in SC. Had there been Congress, Trust would have had there people - who would have again created ruckus, as in Mathura Krishna Janmabhoomi - where similar tactics were used to provide (false) assent for Shahi Idgah on Trust's Janmabhoomi land. Many other angles too. But if you are wise, you will get the point.

Why no one is speaking about that! Hasan Nizami has written a book Taj Mahal-ul-Maasir..where the reason for demolishing each temple and its detailed description Is also written..why it happened? Just to ERASE the proof. This is called iconoclasm..so now we need to preserve our temples and ensure that they do not go extinct. Our history and culture should be protected.🙏❤

Because Ramayana is a part of culture and Supreme Court verdict was based on archaeological evidence of at least 900 years old Ram temple.
