RAM Promaster TPMS Troubleshooting - FIXED DTC C101488 C101288

In this video I will show you how I troubleshooted, diagnosed and repaired a malfunctioning TPMS system on our 2014 RAM Promaster. The TPMS system on these vans can be buggy and troublesome, so understanding how they work and why can help to quickly diagnose a bad part that will cause an annoying flashing and then constant on TPMS light, which indicates a trouble situation with the system.

Awesome! Have a 2014 that has the light on when I picked it up new. After a few attempts by the dealer to fix, they sent out a factory rep to address it. They wound up replacing the module. Worked for a few years and now it throws the light intermittently. This is the fix that will work! Finally! Had no idea about the TSB!

What brand of head unit is that? Did you install it yourself and does it maintain all of the vehicle menu choices on the screen? Also you mentioned using Bluetooth versus USB cable to the windows computer, what did you say happened with $800 and something about a brick? I use my cell phone and can't seem to attribute all of the features, I'm going to order the direct cable and use my laptop but just curious what you mentioned about the issues using the cell phone and bluetooth, thanks

Great content. I am curious where you found the Service Bulletins? I have not had a lot of luck with vehicle documentation. Have you had any luck finding a wiring diagram for the van? Thank you.

Just googled the service bulletin honestly. Don't have a wiring diagram but they are available from online companies like alldata
