Can you build anything as a tank to counter rama? Or hunters in general - besides physical defense - auras like slowing attack speed and physical power - it just never seems like enough against hunters

If the enemy team has a lot of aa gods you can always go nemean. You don't see it that much anymore but when the enemy team has like a Rama, Kali and Olorun for example, the reflect will do a lot of work. It wont help you from getting burned down fast in the late game but they'll take a lot of damage themselves in the process.

Would it benefit the att spd build to cap percent pen? Or is 30% fine for that build? I know the crit build caps the pen with fail not wind demon, so would a zerk shield or heartseeker benefit over attack speed? Or is stacking att spd for silver branch much more beneficial.
