I am reading the Sheikhs book "Qur'an & the Moon" and I must tell my people, this book is a must. Mashallah we have all heard the Sheikh speak in his clear wisdom but the book fills in the gaps and it's and should be compulsory for every believer. It is mind blowing. I realise now that I have never read the Qur'an , this will be my first time. Alhamdulillah I have found this book. It is the key to unlock the Qur'an. Priceless

I attempted to attend the Jummah prayer during Covid once and was appalled by how separated the ranks were for prayer here in Toronto Canada. I knew then that the ummah was completely beholden to the dictates of government edict. Asalam Alaikum, I wanted to ask maybe someone knows about it, so if bitcoin is haram, like paper money, what should we do? So, in my country, there is a project to change the monetary system and use blockchain technology. I was the one who would lead the project in my country, but after listening to the sheik, I didn't want to deal with it. Nevertheless, the project would continue, and later on even without me. I might use it just like others in this system. And it's hard not to use haram money. I just downloaded the book on riba, but there is no info on whether we can work on companies that work with blockchain technology. Oh, I forgot to say what the company which wants to bring the tech does. So, it's basically PayPal but using Bitcoin as a means of the transaction; you can spend, buy, save and lend. So is it haram to work with this company?

I beg to differ, the ustaz who care so much about shoulder to shoulder requirement in prayer in my country, although I found out it is only sunat, is also the one who believe the earth did not rotate on it's orbit. The line of who is sheep and cattle is blurring and confusing. He may believe what you believe but in solah part but he is also so backward in science, that he reject what is already accepted as common truth (earth rotating and not standing still)
