its been my experience that Muslims look forward to Ramadan just for the food. Breakfast is not a big event but its the breaking of the fast. There are countless "Iftar" parties where the faithful will rip into the food like wild dogs over a kill. They have a built up apatite and its binge eating. Food prices sky rocket before ramadan, weight gain always follows ramadan. The only sufferers are the women folk who prepare the food. Ramadan is the least productive month in Muslim countries.

I would think the moon god ‘sin’ is baal personally anything that is against Yahweh and is not a physical entity like money for example. Money can be evil if there is a spirit behind it that is worshiped and that can be a ‘god’. If there is a spiritual force behind it like other named false gods they all lead back to baal, satan, lucifer etc is just the devil and his demons with different names.
