This as these panels were saying is the problem with sources.. I saw a BBC documentary about The Historical Muhammad (PBUH) where the host during the first half of the show was going to oxford and other prominent university or library around europe looking for information on histirical narative on the Prophet SAW.. Then he said information on Historical Muhammad is so little that it almost amount to nothing.. After that for the 2nd half of the show he wen't to Arab Saudi and he interviewed only the Bedoins, which is a nomadic tribe that lives in the desert who were sheep and camel hearders and that was all he did.. The 1st university in the world was build and established by two Muslim Princess of Morroco which one of the erliest two courses offered happens to be Sirah or History in English and then we have our pride and joy the world reknown University Al-Azhar in Egypt and he didn't bother to go and check the library there.. Then at the end of the BBC Documentary he concluded that the Histoical Muhammad SAW remains unclear and shrouded in mistery so yeah, it's the problem with sources alright..

Also if you wanna check historical facts about an Arab or an American etc, you should first check with the corresponding expert and record of the person's nationality.. If it was the other way around i.e an Arab talking about George Washington but he only look for information from Arabic sources it would surely make no sense..

Congrats! I have read both books. I have witnessed miracles along my own life and in the lives of many close to me. I respect what one can say. But the Bible proofs itself as a book that is alive (No other "book" has such power. But it is better understood when by a supernatural way it is revealed to us). We don´t actually have to go back in time to prove it is real. We can experiment it is all real right now. That is why I know it is real. Because I am a witness too and I can trust myself. And that is great!

There is no historical evidence to support the Islamic narrative on origin's of Islam, Quran or Mohammed. All evidence points to start of Islam during reign of Abdl Malik (685-705AD) of Umayyad caliphate. Even he started it as a Unitarian Christian sect .. Islam began as an heretical Unitarian Christian sect created by the Umayyad Arab empire in contradistinction to the Byzantine trinitarian/orthodox Christianity. It was also used in formation of a separate Arab identity independent of Byzantine and Sassanid empires. Abdl Malik's governor, Mohammed al-Hajjaj, was mainly responsible for putting together the early rudimentary Quran from the pre-existing Arabic/Aramaic/Syriac literature of late 7th century Arabia. Abdl Malik's main goal was create a separate Arab identity.

After Christians wend endlessly after the truth, we where left with some really amazing tools, that are being turned on Islam. Guess what? Those tools work as long as one is not a hypocrite. Christians have found ZERO possibility that Islam is true in ANY context. (1) textual criticism (2) philological criticism (3) literary criticism (4) tradition criticism (5) form criticism (6) historical criticism (7) redactive criticism There is a reason Christians are asking questions Muslims can't or won't answer. The question then turns to "If you where wrong would you want to know?"

LOL. Dr. Jay seems an historical analyst, but to me, he lacks proper knowledge, he lacks proper analysis power and mentality, he lacks psychology of history. I'm not throwing out his study but, I strongly disagree with his studies. His study will only create brain washed viewers who have watched his discussions. Honestly, his study is nothing, there's more, a lot to add. He did not lived +-1500 years or he doesn't know even how was his grand-grand-grand-father and how he'd look like but, certainly his grand-grand-grand-father existed. I am born a Moslem. There is a saying in my language that say "anything that is bad come from me and everything that is good come from God". How could anything good comes from a punishing God. I know I am more forgiving than God that created hell to punish those who disobey for eternity. All the good in religion come out the hearts of men who thought good about the religion. Islam came to South East Asia in the 7th century, but it was almost opposite of the Islam that came in the 14th century which more Draconian. The earlier version is more spiritual. By bringing you closer to God consciousness it also empower you with miraculous power. The second version disempowered you to just follow the interpretation of religious leaders who have the power to throw you in the dungeon according to their judgement.

However, what Al-Fadi and Dr. Jay Smith are making clear is that based on the historical method and value of canonicity there is no shred of doubt that the Quran is a forgery. I pray you wake up to the reality you have been misled your whole life. However, the fact you have found this channel will help you do some soul searching and realize there is no hope in Islam because it is deceit from the demon called Allah whom Satan has used to keep you down, and that Mohammad is not a prophet, but only a warlord from Arabia-Petraea, whose narrative was fictionalized by writers not even from the Mecca and Medina area. Do some real research and stop spiritualizing a gross falsification that has subjugated your people. "Wake up, sleeper and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine upon you" (Ephesians 5:14).

That is why left my job as the world are not ready to know the truth. I did my degree and post graduate program without attending classes or read books. Translating (i.e. Subtitling) this won't be easy. Not the translation itself, but as pointed out, Dr Jay Smith talk fast so the subtitle will appear and disappear too fast on the screen (within his talking frame). This is especially true to languages where translated words are longer than in English (Indonesian, for example) . In contrast, Dr Dan Gibson speaks slowly in all his videos which clearly shows Dr Gibson want to make sure non native English speaker understand well and that made subtitling fit well into the talking frame. Anyhow thanks to Jay Smith and Al Fadi for their unrelenting works for truth....

Mr. Al Fadi and Dr. Jay, your video was a real eye opener. This has answered many questions I had about Islam. I would request you to kindly research, work on please bring out the facts about Islam and the time line when it landed in India. It is generally believed that a Cheramon King (Kerala) Perumal Kulashekhara was influenced by Islam. He went to Mecca-Medina with some traders and met prophet Muhammed (SAAS) in 600 AD. In His presence the King got converted into Islam. From SA the King ordered through his writings and the first Mosque Cheramon Juma Masjid was built at Kodungallur, Kerala in 629 AD. However, the King never returned to Kerala. On his way he passed away and his body was buried in one of the Saudi Arabia cities. Reading between the lines of this narrative and after watching your video, I think the people of Kerala must open their eyes and have the right to know the facts. Thank you. The best attempt is that he was crucified but he was stolen or replaced on the cross. But it's an eternal fact that he died by crucifixion. And we have enough evidence to say he rose again. No one seeing His works, hearing His words and the words of others about Him can say that Jesus was not good, since everyone knows that He was indeed the best human ever! He even told the Jews: Mark 14:10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own authority, but the Father who dwells in me does his works." -So what He said and done were indeed good, because they were all guided by the Father in Him. That is how good He was! So again, why did He say that? Two reasons, both are possible, one is the true one. A] A man comes up to Him. HE SEES HIM AS A MERE GOOD HUMAN and he tells Him He is a good teacher. So He answers him *as a mere human* in order to teach him right there that indeed NO MERE HUMAN is good in the absolute divine sense of God's criteria and that she shouldn't claim that about anyone! And at the same time to teach us that we should not consider ourselves good, but just on the road to goodness. So in humility He took the focus from Himself, to promote the real goodness of God His Father. B] Jesus Christ asks him why he calls Him good when only God is Good. If you know how Jesus many times replied, you would know that He used people's words to take them to more important issues. This is one of His methods! So, again here, Jesus does the same. He doesn't take both of the words the man used "good teacher", but only the word "good". Now the man did not know He was God in the flesh! But He Himself knew who He was! HE WAS GOD!!! It's like He was using a word-play: "Why do you call me good? Have you realized I am God? Because only God is good!" I know a muslim can't agree with this second understanding, only because he has not studied how Jesus many times answered or replied to people. Now, if you think rationally, you will understand that you implying that Jesus was not good, even though your own koran says He was(!), makes you look from silly to purposely evil. Let's go to John 20:17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God. ---Yes, as a human He had a heavenly Father and a God. What is the problem? Listen: This cannot be understood by people that have not yet got even a light grasp of the "mystery" of the incarnation of the Son in a human body. I will explain. In the Greek NT (I am Greek), in the book of Philippians, we read (ESV) Php 2:5 Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, Php 2:6 who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, Php 2:7 but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. Php 2:8 And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. ---Jesus poured out ALL HIS GLORY, to become a human, but kept only His SELF AWARENESS, His "ego", His "I”, that is internal identity of who “I” am. Jesus received all His glory again after He resurrected: Joh 17:3 And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. Joh 17:4 I glorified you on earth, having accomplished the work that you gave me to do. Joh 17:5 And now, Father, glorify me in your own presence with the glory that I had with you BEFORE THE WORLD EXISTED. (See also e.g. Matt.25:31, Luk 25:26-27) Now his "glory" are all the attributes that were within Him when He was in the form of God, and that were expressed, made manifest. (This btw is the definition of glory discerned in 1Co 11.) Those attributes, like being omnipresent, and omniscient, were literally "emptied out of Himself" (in Greek: εαυτόν εκκενωσεν) and this so that He would come and live among us as 100% human! In this theological context, He would usually not speak of and by Himself, since He did not have the omniscience He had before He was born on earth, but was given what to say and when to say it, by the Omniscient Father (through the Holy Spirit). Muslims, atheists and even Christians cannot comprehend the MAGNIFICENCE of the mystery of the incarnation of the Son of God if they do not understand Philp.2:5-8. ---If you attempt to simply understand this, you will understand every passage in the Gospels that muslims don't.

That would be Greek mostly. And the scrolls would be where you'd find that in Aramaic and or Hebrew. That is what they mostly spoke back then. I would like to say that the Gospel of Luke was actually written and finished by St. Luke before the Acts of the Apostles because St. Luke writes it in the opening of Acts that the Gospel (of Luke) was his first book. St. Luke was the student and companion of St. Paul, therefore the apostolic authority of Luke's Gospel came from St. Paul, and both of them were in Rome when St. Luke finished the two books before the great persecution in Rome by Nero in 64 AD. St. Mark wrote his Gospel account based primarily on the testimony of St. Peter in Rome, so the apostolic authority of the Gospel of Mark is St. Peter, with Mark's Gospel finished around the year 60 AD.

Not everyone turns to Christ after leaving islam. They usually still pretend to be Muslim in front of friends and family to save themselves from embarrassment and shame, It's only a matter of time.

Jesus Christ is that example John 3:16 - For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life Through Jesus i came to know the fullness of the law, he spoke heavenly things much more than commands and religious rituals. Old Testament was a foreshadowing of his coming, that we must live according to the spirit and not the desires of the flesh. Religion can't teach you these things.

The monk that made our modern calendar added up the reigns of kings to back track to the birth of Jesus but he miss a 6 year period when there were no kings. So Jesus birth would have been in 6 BC and he would have died in 27 AD.

Christ birth happened during the senses conducted by Romans around 2000 years ago. All records of June and concerned to that senses were destroyed by Turks and Arabs when t hey invaded Israel in 7th century.

Using the prophecies of Daniel 8:14. Unto 2300 years shall the Sanctuary be cleansed. Daniel 9:24 to 27 describing this time. 490 years are allocated to the Jews to finish their transgression/rebellion. This 490 years began with the command to rebuild Jerusalem and restore the Sanctuary Service. This was in 457 BC . 457 BC + 490 years = 34AD. But , - Messiah will confirm the Covenant for 1week of years / 7 literal years, and in the middle of the week He shall be cut off. So Jesus ministry began 483 years after the command to build Jerusalem , - 457BC + 483 years = 27 AD. The Jewish priesthood started at age 30 years, therefore Jesus was born in 3BC for Him to be 30 years in 27 AD. He confirmed the Covenant (New Covenant of Jeremiah 31:31-33) for 3 1/2 years and was crucified in April 31 AD , then His disciples continued in Jerusalem and Judea for the next 3 1/2 years to complete the full 7 years of Jesus ministry to the Jews , ending in 34 AD. Exactly as prophesied and historically fulfilled. Christ Birth in 3BC , His death at age 33 1/2 years in 31 AD and His ministry to the Jews ending in 34 AD with the Jews rejecting Jesus by the stoning of Stephen and the Gospel now fully opened to the Gentiles by Peter in Acts 10 .

Similarly in Christianity, the first Council of Nicea was held nearly 300 years after the death of Jesus. Core beliefs like the divine nature of Christ and the doctrine of the Trinity were debated and expounded by those who never knew Jesus or his Disciples. Just like with the Qur'an, the Gospels were collected (several were discarded) and codified. Thank you for pointing out all similarities.

Without meaning any disrespect towards Jesus Christ, whom I truly believe is a highly evolved Divine Being, there is a lot of debate about the narratives presented in the bible and of biblical contents being expunged. Not being Muslim, I yet question Mr Al Fadhi accepting a Christian apologist viewpoint without a question. That is not to say Dr Jay's Smith study of historical datelines of early Islam, may not contain some truths, I do not know. However, bear in mind, Christian apologist spend a lot of time and effort studying other creeds, shedding them in poor light with intent towards promoting Christian faith as superior, covertly propagating conversions to Christiansnity.

Jay Smith, the non existent Mohamed received the command to pray in 621 (Mikraj). In 622 he migrated to Medina. He died in 632. So he must have performed Friday sermons in congregation for abt 11 yrs (621-632). That is abt 572 Friday sermons. Hundreds of thousands must hv heard his Friday sermons. Yet there is no record of a single Friday sermon in the hadith. Except for the 1st Friday sermon, but there are 2 different versions of it. 572 Friday sermons, supposedly heard by hundreds of thousands, are missing from the Seera, hadith etc. It was all fake, non existent.

After the plague and and collapse of roman empire, the arabs decided to come up with a religion of their own because they had seen how religion held the roman empire together. First if the quran would be correct, why Jesus isnt taken to the Father before he goes to Jerusalem, or why God let him go to Jetusalem, makes no sense. You are free to excercise your free-will however you wish to, but be mindful that the Jews never accepted Jesus's existence the same way some Christians could not accept Muhammad's (PBUH). Instead of researching whats wrong with Islam, please research the distortions spread in Christianity including eating pork and committing sins assuming Jesus took the burden and died on the Cross for Christians sins only motivates people to commit more bad sins and so forth. Again, there are many bad Muslims who do not exercise their free-will righteously but the True Islam is the closest to the truth and hence brings one Closest to the true God. The Quran was dictated by the Prophet after each revelation and written down. Only later were they all assembled into one manuscript but they were written down during a period of 23 yrs during the life of the Prophet not after. If you need more details check with scholars !

In islam, a lot of emphasis was placed on commiting document or history into memory. That's why till today the holy quran is memorised. So one can read it while praying or preaching without looking at the book. The gap in your timeline "mr analyst" is in memory of the companions of the holy prophet (saw) teaching their younger ones to memorize too.

Actually a man came to Imam Malik and said to him someone else what were the book of Hadith which is also called the muwatta and is bigger than your book. Oh what a strange minds you have got people. You believe in a God who entered the womb of a lady to be born as an infant and to die on a cross executed like a criminal so that believers can be saved and yet you say that a man who was guided by God n chosen as a messenger is a liar. How poor mi ded and misguided are ye. Again the biographies of Mohammad pbuh are cross examined and verified by contemporaries. The sahaba and family who were in thousands. Yet the guy says that the stories about Muhammad were fabricated by people who lived long after he died. The guy is an idiot. And for. As for Yahweh Yahweh =God=Allah= the Only One True God.
