I am talking from personal experience. I stand to be corrected if I am wrong. But to the best of my knowledge 70% of African Universities are in terrible condition to the extent that one can easily qualified this prison much more superior in terms of facilities and what have you. Note South Africa is developed because of the intervention of the white men not because of any thing good from them. And without it South Africa would have been the worse of all African countries.

Well, think about what you are saying & consider this. 1- Whether they really converted or not, in the end its not forced. 2-The fact that the system has a mercy clause like conversion, is testament to leniency of sharia. Whether the guy is lying or not, is immaterial. How about jailing the TOP executives of (Nakheel)'s Dubai based com[any for NOT completing the second Palm which they've sold the ENTIRE land's plots of it and the buyers are STILL waiting to get their lands since the year 2008? Nakheel owes people over 3 (billion) dollars since over (10) years...how about considering that amount as a BOUNCED cheque? instead, Dubai's government appointed a SPECIAL British judge at a SPECIAL court which was NOT related to the UAE ministry of justice as well as it was NOT related to Dubai's court..and that court was SPECIALIZED in looking into the cases of Nakheel while a DECREE was issued by the Ruler of Dubai saying that Dubai's courts will NOT see any of Nakheel cases at where ALL Nakheel's cases will be seen by that S{SPECIAL court. for ANY case that been discussed in that court...the judgment said . Since this case falls under bankruptcy law...and since Dubai DOESN'T have such law..the case therefor shall be filed WITHOUT any judgment . That is what they call JUSTICE in Dubai in relation to FINANCIAL cases...10 YEARS sentence for a bounced cheque...and NOTHING against a Government's company which owes people BILLIONS of Dollars

First of all every sentence in Dubai includes permanent deportation. They will be taken straight to the airport from the jail. This is a PR campaign video obviously, and therefore it is not altogether accurate. The Police in Dubai is very racist.

I'm from Abu Dhabi the capital , and people in the UAE joke about being imprisoned in dubai rather in the other cities in the UAE. Plus you get to order food from outside the prison . Burgers , pizzas, and etc. Its still not perfect but not as bad as you think. Plus , every year there's something called a afoo , where the govt forgives and releases hundreds of prisoners during the Eid holiday. Trust me I should know, I'm from here and I was a bit of a trouble maker when I was younger. I've seen both Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Fortunately reforms were made and in Abu Dhabi you actually have access to a volleyball court everyday, visiting rights, telephone calls 10 hrs a day. It ain't a 7 star hotel but it's not what you think.

Yes when I was serving jail term they brought 287 construction Labour's at 1am middle of night they where refusing to work coz they where unpaid for 3 months and one fell from the top of building and no ambulance can to help until he died so the Labour's said we won't work so the police bought a big bus and all of them where jailed and the CID used to shout and scare them to go back to work but they refused so they had to serve 2 month jail and deport without a films of payment this is I'm the eye withness

@@emadmahmood3268 in Europe bounced cheques are mainly a civil case, you dont go to jail for a bounced cheque, for crying out loud! You get fined and if that doesnt work , at the very least they confiscate or impound goods worth the money plus interest, and you get a bad credit status for life. Good luck in Dubai.
