Huh. I have no idea why this was recommended to me since I don't celebrate Ramadan or watch fitness videos on KZbin. But I actually love this. I like simple, quick exercises I can do throughout the day because it's basically the only exercise I can make myself do lol.

I'm not sure why this was recommended to me, as I'm Pagan and consume a lot of Pagan/witch content...but I love this. I have fibromyalgia and the intensity and duration of this workout is perfect for me when I'm not having a great pain day.

Do we do one circuit 1 umm 3 times and the next circuit 2 3 times ? Or just follow the video with both of them and repeat video two more times ?
