I am preparing by reevaluating my priorities and analyzing my habits and routine on a deeper level. I have been going so hard in med school to become a radiographer and unintentionally let go of everything else. Some things I found while reflecting • I was eating junk food as a meal • I was meticulously mapping out my day based off my subjects instead of my prayers • I was listening to a lot of music to fill the silence • I was watching shows in my free time instead of reading Quran These are a few that became my priorities inshallah I will turn this around and make healthier habits during Ramadan. Really blessed that we all get to realign ourselves before Ramadan and make the most of it subhanallah Also I love Dr Haifa Younis also she is always in my feed and Mufti Menk also

I just completed my repetition of all the Suras I know. So inshaAllah am ready to learn something new this Ramadan. So Quran will be my goal this Ramadan. Cooking: I tend to the traditional Ramadan dishes. In Ramadan we eat the same nearly every day. Sounds strange but experience shows that after a few days into Ramadan you don't think about WHAT to eat you just are happy that there is ANYTHING to eat.😅

I purchased the Ramadan planner and absolutely love it! The pre-Ramadan challenges have been very effective in helping me prep, plan, and get into the right head space and excited for the month. Due to the pre-Ramadan challenge of watching a lecture about Ramadan, I also watched Dr. Younis’ video! Overall it’s a fantastic planner with great challenges, thoughtful prompts and appropriate sections for everything. I can’t wait to fill it out. Thank you for making it. I am feeling that this will be my best Ramadan yet Inshallah.
