I know I will not be able to get a teacher like Shaikh Hamza Yusuf but I pray to Allah that my children have access to such pure traditional Islamic education and may Allah grant them taqwa, good character, conduct, knowledge and wisdom and an arrogant free heart and soul. Ameen!

Aren't we all aging, MashaAllah, how I would give my youth - MashaAllah to be someone who has stood on this deen for a lifetime, and still standing. What good is youth if you don't stand for anything and have nothing to show at your old age. May Allah bless every beautiful white hair on Shaykh Hamza's head. Just to have the blessing of one of his grey hairs would be an honor for me.

God gave this man a WEALTH of knowledge! After praying and working and lecturing, I think he reads nonstop as leisure. I NEVER once heard him repeat himself. Always backing his arguements with old and recent proofs. And many times he will use proof from nonmuslim authors and scholars and even atheists! And recent scientific literature and articles. His lectures also matured: he use to be so upset and frustrated that we were "sleeping" as shaytan's minions work through music and media and everywhere... now he is more patient with his listeners.
