Honecomb Measurements:
3 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1 1/2 tsp of instant yeast
3 tbsp of sugar

As a doctor if you’re getting sick so much check your vitamin D3 levels. So many hijabis have very low vitamin D and especially if you live where it’s gloomy like london. That could be causing u to catch colds easily. If your vitamin D levels are good then make sure you’re not stressed because stress can also decrease ur immunity.

Very true. A low dose supplement 400iu daily is necessary. I learnt the hard way after 30 years and lots of tooth loss. Alhamdulillah much better now
