Both are working ma sha Allah and that's part of fasting, this is a wrong concept that fasting means you do absolutely nothing all day, we go to work, study, give exams, pray, recite the Quran and so on while fasting. Teachers and professors speak all day and give lectures while fasting. Mothers take care of their children and serve them food while fasting, both men and women fulfill their responsibilities the best they can even while fasting ma sha Allah. Everyone will be rewarded for their efforts, Allah sees all, even your intentions are rewarded SubhanAllah Allhumdullillah Allahu Akbar 💜
