Theres something about meeting the person in person. Talking to the person. The tone of their voice. Their movements. How they respond to questions in person. Hiring employees based on Algorithm can sort participants based on age, gender and marital status, disability that is discrimination in practice and should be evaluated by business oversight and should be banned. People can be trained. Progress not perfection.
