First of all that is not Sita maa, That woman whose breasts were uncovered is some random woman from the kingdom of Ayodhya (she appears in the beginning of the film). Secondly, it is not sexualization, because she has put dupatta over herself. Her breasts are visible because she just took a dip in the river, and during those times, Ayodhya was much more tolerant of women without breast covering, they didn't think women without breast covering were obscene. In fact, even in Kerala, many women never covered their breasts, because society back then didn't sexualize so much like people do today. So please, don't look at that woman with today's vision, in that time Indians were innocent and women with breasts uncovered were not seen as characterless, nor did people think of doing anything bad to such women. So please respect the culture represented in the film, don't create unnecessary controversy over one random woman in the film.
