Played thru the game for the second time and the gag of Rambley hating Lloyd is just hilarious to me. Every other collectible has about a paragraph and then it gets to Lloyd's plushie: "Ew Lloyd"

I love that Rambly worrying about his friends are an integral part of his personality, as is shown in through-away moments like this by worrying about molly and Finley not getting that type of plushie.

My suspicion is that he will stay your friend through the end... but will act out of fear and try to force the player to stay since he's terrified of losing his only friend and being left all alone again for years.

Considering everything, it might have started when Rambley grew beyond his programming, if he wasnt meant to be self aware. It couldve been a logic thingy that made him annoyed at Lloyd, and since he had no real reason to justify liking him, he just grew to hate him.

Based on the fact that Rambley says this with the old timey plush, suggests to me that he sees Lloyd as a rival for the park’s mascot. The in game descriptions on both Lloyd plushes also suggest that Lloyd may have been used as the mascot before Rambley was.

@@ItsSiebay I like to imagine that Rambley was always the mascot, but Lloyd was just used a lot, as said in the description, and that is one thing that led to Rambley hating them

@@luckybunny8322Could be. Either way, he definitely sees Lloyd as a rival in some way. Edit: I actually went and rewatched the opening cutscene, and it kinda confirms my theory. When the park first opened you can see Lloyd’s portrait on the front entrance where Rambley’s is now.

Y'ALL I HAVE A THEORY OF WHY I THINK RAMBLEY HATES LLOYD. So you all know the Weird costume head of Rambley, right? The audio says that the original Mascots were employees. And Mollie has also said: "get back in your cage bird" Showing that the Mascots were not treated right. And if you heard Mollie when you had to fix the train ride she said for a few times: "not Rambley! He hurts Lloyd" But Rambley would never do that! So what if it was the Employees dressed up as Rambley and Harming them? And after that, Lloyd and Rambley got into a Fight for Rambley Probably being Accused that He was Hurting Lloyd. When he wasn't. So that's why I think Rambley Hates Lloyd.

Everyone's trying to come up with a backstory as to why Rambly hates Lloyd, but I honestly think it's judt their personalities. They're the opposite of eachother. Lloyd has been shown to be self absorbed and has a very clear superiority complex. Meanwhile Rambly actually cares about his friends as well as those who visit the park and is willing to bend over backwards for them.
