There actually is that you cannot taze again until 10 seconds gone but there is so many cops these days on one scene that they can just turn taze. Crim get's tazed animation, going back to vehicle animation together must be like 5 sec already so even 2 people can taze in turns but usually there is atleast 3-4 so even trying to run it is kinda pointless.

Suarez was mad spamming his taser and basically stopped ramee from doing anything, the classic stun lock, spam cuff so the crim gets caught every time. They caught K earlier, eventually caught ramee. K said he had a grenade and would blow the station if they didn't uncuff him and let him go, long story short Carter(Cop) good guy, he went with the RP and settled on letting ramee uncuff him and ramee wouldn't leave with K on bike. Carter let's this happen, K gets away and Ramee then makes a great escape via car to construction. Climbs up and jumps off using jetpack, K picks him up and they escape. It's the classic roll with the RP and have fun, but cops take the L and now they're livid. Probably blowing up Reddit and Suarez took a mad L so he gonna go even more stun lock on CG when he sees them since he a self insert with no roleplay and mage hard for a W.

Well Ramee complains about everything, Suarez does his job and enjoys it, if people don't break rules and enjoy what they are doing it's allowed, some people like him some don't, have been watching the guy for a couple of years and he's been playing FiveM for a bit, his past city was really serious rp and he was the Chief of it, you couldn't break character at all and most cops were crazy serious, he has gotten a little bit more normal and way better than his last City, but either way he's just doing his Job, Ramee Complains everytime he gets caught either way, Suarez didn't break any type of rules and does his job pretty well, Ramee simply doesn't like being caught.

Ok a couple of things and ik crims/ crim viewers will hate this but it makes sense. Have the person become unconscious when hit with a tazer because the spam taze shit is so irritating to watch from both sides. Also have it so when you wear body armor it won't affect you unless you get a headshot with the tazer. And implement some kind of natural resistance to being easily tazed like your body has been tazed so much that it takes more than one shot to fully take you down because we've all seen videos on KZbin of people getting tazed and still keep on going. And one last thing I'm on the crims side when it comes to this shit.
