Interesting enough he got banned because he was trying to make the money he owed Ramee. He had $17K and he stole a cop gun which goes for $10K. It was minutes before restart and the cop felt a way about it so he reported him, either for powergaming or fail RP or both.

As a lawyer he should see if he could set some kind of precedent. Sue the guy in court and show evidence of the unpaid work that Ramee did for him, he obviously can't show up in court so Ramee wins the judgement. State pays him out for it. It would be a nice way for people to not get stiffed due to unforeseen circumstances like this.

This one wasn't really unexpected, he completely pocket wiped a lot of people who he robbed. Not really against the rules but definitely frowned upon to steal ID's and phones without an RP reason to do it. Also he hid in a bush to ambush the owner of a house, looted everything not nailed down and then ocean dumped the owners so that they couldnt do anything about it. All the while again providing no RP. He also lootboxed cops to steal their guns. Not against the rules except that he did one right before a Tsunami. Everything combined is an easy ban especially since he is not the first to get banned for this kind of stuff in 4.0.

He would probably spawn in back at the apartments and change clothes. In RP the cops would have no proof or case. Its taking advantage of that reset to get away with the crime vs actually roleplaying it out.

They robbed a cop in the middle of daylight in front of tons of people which wouldn't happen IRL. There was no elaborate plan it was a simple stab n grab which was Fail RP and set a bad precedence. I kinda hate when they punish people with bans because they don't want something happening rather than in the city punishment like large time and fines. Anyone robbing a cop gun and/or with a big viewer count nothing happens but u non streamer or low view streamer u get banned. I don’t get why stabbing/robbing a cop just before tsunami is a ban. I see lots of comments saying it’s because of the server restart and all that, but he stabbed the only cop there, which would have prevented the chase regardless if it was tsunami or not. I think it’d be power gaming if he had robbed the cop, got into a chase, and mid-chase the server reset. This just looked clean.

There was no effort of RP there , usually there is some back and forth. It wasnt about the stabing but if you do a robbery the rules on the server state that when the server is about to be on full restart the whole major developments are paused and there us a grace period after the server restarts to prevent 5 min robbery with no cops and a semi dead non active town
