But back in the day I'd make Ramen noodles with chickpeas, carrot slivers, frozen sweet peas, green onions, and fresh garlic. @bronchoped1 I know right people who have the choice to be vegan or vegetarian should take a step back and realize how blessed they are to even have the choice and even supporting groups of people who even want that to be a thing I've never thought about it this way thankyou for that Like ik animals died for it but in reality they are part of the food chain and if wasnt us killing them something would most likely and obviously animals are here to sustain humans and if u wanna be vegan GMOs lil brats go put in the work to grow all that and they'd probably see raising a chicken a pig or cow would be easier and would keep u full while out tending a garden big enough to support 1 vegan let alone a few lol

we use meat, fish for salad too...I mean the salad in VN means eating various kinds of vegetable, so some meat, fish, jellyfish are nice additions to the dish xD
