I'm gonna have to remember this recipe when it starts cooling down for the Fall here in my home of Dallas, Texas. Been a fan of this channel for years. Ty for all the fun recipes. Edit: The only small thing I'd change is that I wouldn't put the skins of the crushed garlic in there.

I miss you grandpa ❤ on my worst days I would be inspired by his dedication to the babies. Grandpa could cook! The way he used to season his meats and prep his meals. May he rest peacefully ❤Grandpa was indeed the 🐐 best at what he did feed the people he loved ❤ life well lived. We still miss you Grandpa. And your recipes were very simple I loved the way he would show us and shout out the ingredients. Like iron chef. It was everything. Thanks for the memories ❤
