TL;DR: It would take me around 205 days of constant and optimized gameplay to get 1 huge (and that's not a certainty) while p2w players are able to reduce it to just some days or hours. Edit 1: Accidentaly wrote "56.246x = 1 000 000" instead of the intended billion => "56.246x = 1 000 000 000" Update (Edit 2): Did some revision of the 20x luck multiplier and got it down to 12.6x instead of 20x => thus making the time to get a huge 289.5 days. It took me like 4 hours to buy around 184 out 205 upgrades and gotten a coins multiplier 100x, I've basically completed the game. There's barely any merit of continuing the game: All the rare pets are hatched by people that spends thousands of robux while I'm struggling to get 1/50k pets. I can not attain the game's currency without spending robux or selling a pet to someone less smart (spending money on this game and buying something that's easily attainable for them). Huges are 1 in 1 000 000 000. Sure I got some buffs that could theoretically get me to like 20x luck (base-less assumption), and that would cut down the process of hatching 1 billion to 50 000 000. 50 million seperate rolls/hatches to get a chance of a huge, and would take me: 50 million * timeToHatch (around 2.2 seconds) = 110 000 000 seconds = 1 833 333 minutes = 30 555 hours = 1273 days = 3.488 years. More boosts are able to be provided 20x luck + 1 000 000% luck (addition of 10 000) => 10 020x luck, still would result in 99 800 attempts, and I could estimate that the time to get instant luck potion tier 3 could take half an hour to hours for just 1 attempt (I'm taking the fastest case pf just 0.5h): 99 800 * 0.5h = 49 900 hours = 2079 days = 5.69 years. And let's say we're able to combine these two (following math would show how case 1 and case 2 would be able to get a chance of getting a huge): (20*2.2x)x + (10 020 * 2.2 * (2 / 3600))y = 1 000 000 000 (44)x + (44088 / 3600)y = 1 000 000 000 44x + 12.247y = 1 000 000 000 Since we've broken down case 2 into 12.247y it mirrors seconds instead of hours thus I can get 56.246x = 1 000 000 000 x = 17 778 831 seconds = 296 313 minutes = 4938 hours = 205 days. 205 days of only playing Pets Go to get a slim chance for a huge, and it's not a certainty, while people paying R$ and be able to get x1024 additional luck: x1024 * 10 020 = 10 260 480 luck, effectively reducing the time needing to play the game to get a huge into a matter of days instead of months or years in my case.

Not saying this saves the game but the only thing that helps in the midst of this is the index merchant. 1. Literally can sell instant luck I to III, which are very important for luck, yet also very important if you want to get the Cocktail again (if you deem it as worth it.) 2. It also sells Lucky Potion V, which is also good for crafting instant luck potions and some other stuff. 3. Rainbow Dice and Golden Dice potions can also be sold, not much else to say except saves alot of time on crafting and ALSO are used for crafting. The index merchant is probably the only way F2P (like me) have a slim chance of getting a huge or rare pet (5m+)

​@@slappy_bob All the estimations that I made for my calculation was actually a bit of baseless assumption, but my guess is that we'd not be able to reach a base 20x multiplier (in current gameplay). (I am also actually f2p, thus why I won't really concern myself with the game in the future) TL;DR actual time to spend to get a chance for huge is 289.5 days, not 205. Let's break it down a little (case 1): We don't know if the luck boosts influences the base luck as a multiplier or addition: Friend boost (case for 100: either adds 100% or mutliplies all the luck by 2), fruits (either multiplies the base luck with the amount of fruits with 1% of increase: 1.30x (for orange), 1.30x (for rainbow), could be 1.6x or 1.69), luck potions (For luck 5 it has an increase of 300%, would that be addition or multiplication I don't know), egg (idk if the egg is a 7 times multiplier or just something that removes the chances for easier pets, could be like multiplying all luck by 7 or just adding 7x). Reality would look more like: Base luck = x. Crazy estimation: x * 2*(1.3*1.3)*3*7 = 70.98x => we should be getting pets at least with pets in 1/71 with some slight deviations for easier pets, but that should not result in rolling four 1/15 pets in a row. Reasonable estimation: x + 1x + (0.3x + 0.3x) + 3x + 7x = 12.6x; Which has a more reasonable range of pets: can hatch some in 1/10 with not that big of a fall off of chance than 71 to 15. Conclusion actual luck for case 1: 12.6x For case 2: I took into account of the index merchant of it including an option of selling instant potions for the 0.5h estimation: Takes half an hour to hours to craft one, but I reduced it to 0.5h since crafting takes hours while getting potions could be half an hour, I went with the half an hour option. But if we were to look at it more realistically: 1.5 hours to craft 1 (an hour to hours), while the index merchant restocks at every half an hour with a chance of the instant luck potion 3 being there: maybe something like 1/5 slots an instant luck 3 appears. 30 min / (1/5) => 150 min, for every 150 min at least 1 instant luck 3 should appear. a1.5h + b2.5h = y And if we were to assume that we'd get at least one every 1.5h and one every 2.5h hour we can get 2 of them per hour => 1 every 30 minute usage. Thus the 0.5 is reasonable while case 1 is not reasonable. The actual calculation: (12.6*2.2x)x + (10 020 * 2.2 * (2 / 3600))y = 1 000 000 000 27.72x + 12.247y = 1 000 000 000 Since 12.247 is the same we can add those together and we'd get: 39.967x = 1 000 000 000 => x = 25 020 642 seconds = 417 010.7 minutes = 6950 hours = 289.5 days. That would mean that my previous estimation of time (205 days) was wrong by 41%.
